Paul Bup, The Cameroon Chocolate Manufacturer is a Co-Founder and Director of Fire Mountain Ltd, a luxury chocolate company specialising in single-origin chocolate, made from cacao grown and ethically sourced in Cameroon. He began combining a career in teaching Computer Science with crafting fine chocolate in 2020 and has never looked back. Born and raised in Cameroon, he grew up witnessing some unethical practices and is currently working directly with farmers to make a difference in their lives and the community in general.

"Some of my experiences and those of my community were very tough", said Leicester-based Paul. "But now, because of them, I've created Fire Mountain meaning chocolate lovers around the world can indulge in the sweet taste of Cameroon single-origin chocolate without the guilt."

As well as a passion for feel-good chocolate that does good too, Paul also exports cacao and coffee from his native Cameroon and works as a John Maxwell- trained leadership coach and speaker.

 

Kaidan Dawkins, The International Sales Executive of Fire Mountain Ltd, a luxury chocolate company specialising in single-origin chocolate, made from cacao grown and ethically sourced in Cameroon. Became aware of the chocolate industry after beginning a partnership in specialty cocoa with Paul in 2021.

Being an aspiring actor and writer, Paul had given him the task of writing the stories about the products for the company. The research it entailed led to a deep understanding of the industry and a deep passion to change the inequalities in it.

"I always grew up loving chocolate", said Leeds-based Kaidan. "Once as a joke I said I wanted to be a chocolate taster! Who would have thought I would actually ever work with chocolate?"

As well as a passion for feel-good chocolate that does good too, Kaidan also teaches gymnastics and aspires to create
his own television production company.
