WARRANTY/ RETURN POLICY
We take pride in Quality Merchandise, Customer Service, and Prompt Delivery. We manufacture our appliances and equipment with the best quality materials. We put them through a rigorous quality assurance (QA) procedure before shipping to the customer.
All CocoaTown equipment carry a one year limited Warranty against any manufacturing defects. Warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional damage, usage for other than intended purpose, improper use, damage from being involved in an accident, etc.
Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser. If warranty is provided by the manufacturer (for equipment or components not manufactured by CocoaTown), we will help the customer to contact the manufacturer directly.
Shipping damages have to be notified to the shipping company and CocoaTown within five days from the date of delivery. If shipping damage is not reported on time, CocoaTown is not responsible for costs associated with fixing the shipping damage.
If there is a problem with CocoaTown equipment, please contact CocoaTown first for technical service via email (info[at]cocoatown[dot]com) or phone (770-587-3000).
If repairs are necessary, CocoaTown will send a Return Authorization number (RA#) and specific instructions for shipping the defective part back to CocoaTown. Our shipping department will not accept returns without RA#.
Please save the original box and packing materials. The packing materials are specially designed to prevent damage to the appliances/equipment during shipping.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for repair service under normal conditions.
CocoaTown will repair or replace the equipment/part with a similar or equivalent unit/part at the discretion of the CocoaTown Service Technician. If the defect is covered under warranty, CocoaTown will ship it back at their cost.

If the unit needs to be returned for a refund, contact CocoaTown for Return Authorization number (RA #). Packages without RA# will not be accepted by our shipping department.
Claims for returns should be made within 10 days of receiving the item.
All returns should be shipped to CocoaTown at customer’s expense. No COD shipments accepted.
All returns are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee. No refunds on S&H charges.
Returned products must be in original factory condition, with all packing materials and the original boxes (to ensure safety and integrity of the appliance during transportation), instruction manual, and all accessories. Used appliances cannot be returned for a refund. Used equipment can be repaired or replaced (depending on the manufacturing defect) as determined by the CocoaTown service department.
Please allow 4-6 weeks to process refunds.
The refund will only be credited via the original payment method.
