Vera is one of the driving forces behind Into Choco, a Dutch-based startup building a transparency and communications tool for craft chocolate businesses. With a degree in Sustainable Development Vera is dedicated to leaving a positive impact on the world. Ever since setting up Into Choco she became infected with the chocolate and cacao bug and has become passionate about creating a positive impact through chocolate, and supporting the growth of the sector. Vera gets energy from learning new things, connecting with people and technological innovation.
Cristina Castellanos Stephens
Cristina’s in charge of communications at Into Choco, a Dutch-based startup building a transparency and communications tool for craft chocolate businesses. Born in Mexico and based in the Basque Country. With a degree in Corporate Communication and another in Science & Culinary Arts. She has entrepreneurial experience in the culinary and sustainable tourism sector. She's a certified chocolate taster and is motivated to shift businesses towards creating a positive social impact through chocolate. She and her team are working towards creating a balance between the growth of craft chocolate and long-term sustainable change.
