Making Healthy Chocolate

“Let thy food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" the quote often attributed to Hippocrates thousands of years ago, but what does this mean? This statement, though thousands of years old, acknowledges the importance of healthy eating and how the nutrients in various foods have healing properties.

How does the food we eat now affect our health? As consumers we can find any, often directly contradictory information on the internet, supporting any buying decision we want to indulge ourselves in. Often eating healthy in the mind of people is associated with loss of pleasure and experience with the food they normally enjoy, but does this have to be this way?

During our upcoming webinar Making Healthy Chocolate Beata Lerman will outline what makes the food we are eating therapeutic, and supportive of health.  She will talk about what we can add to our everyday foods to reduce chronic inflammation, and get more energy, and how we can keep the foods we love to indulge in, like chocolate, and still get superior health benefits.

The event will also cover how to enjoy the experience with food while improving health, and how we can make chocolate to be the next super food for health, longevity, energy, and the easy, positive lifestyle change that anyone can achieve.
