Meagan Larmant is a Canadian Master Chocolatier with over 15 years of professional experience, including Michelin-level training under world-class chefs. She has built a multifaceted career around fine chocolate as an artisan, educator, and entrepreneur. Meg is the creator of the Sheet Pan Method of tempering, a patented and highly approachable technique she teaches exclusively through her online course, Snap & Shine.
In Vancouver, Meg leads immersive chocolate experiences, from guided Granville Island tastings to advanced workshops for chefs and hobbyists. Her work bridges the worlds of science, craftsmanship, and storytelling, making chocolate education both accessible and inspiring.
Through her company, Meagan Larmant Cacao Inc., Meg is dedicated to building a deeper appreciation for cacao—honoring its cultural roots, supporting ethical sourcing, and sharing the artistry of chocolate with communities worldwide.
