CocoaT Cooling Tray Macro
Top tray doubles as collection tray for the roasted beans in the roaster. Available in 220V.
Once the roasting is done, remove the debris collector tray from the roaster. Place the top tray of the cooling tray in the CocoaT commercial Roaster. Release the latch in the roaster drum. Keep the drum rotating. All the beans are collected in the top collection tray. Remove the tray from the roaster and place it on the cooling mechanism and switch on the power. All the beans are cooled in less than 5 minutes.
The blower is mounted under the bottom cooling tray - saves space.
Can also be used to cool roasted grains, nuts, coffee beans etc. Call us or email us for more details.
