Originally ECGC-65A Grinders had food grade delrin wipers. Lot of our customers preferred minimum plastic content in the food contact area. So we introduced stainless steel wipers as optional accessory. When we introduced the new model ECGC-65E in 2016, we made stainless steel wipers as standard. Customers who are using ECGC-65A can upgrade by installing stainless steel wipers in their units. Each ECGC-65E Grinder has 2 wipers. The price is US$90 each. Please Select the quantity as 2 to get the 2 wipers.
