Mini Drum For Alpha12

This is a replacement/spare drum for the Stainless steel Mini Drum Set For ECGC-12SQSS. It does not include the roller stones or roller holder or wiper.

The mini drum set is an add-on accessory specifically designed for small test batches for recipe development.  Stainless steel Mini Drum For Alpha12 (ECGC-12SQSS melanger).  This great add-on extends the usability of our flagship Alpha12 (ECGC12SQSS) melanger.  Chocolate makers know that the melangers work at their best when optimally loaded.  There is an optimum range for each drum.  Regular drum for SQSS can effectively grind 3 kgs (6 lbs) to 5 kgs (12 lbs), This mini drum is an perfect solution for small test batches of 500g – 1.5 Kg (1 - 3 lbs) for recipe testing and flavor analysis.

This accessory is a favorite one for chocolate makers to make samples for tasting competitions, since they need to trial run several batches with different recipes when they are limited by their precious premium beans.
