Here is the InnoWinno jr - a Cracker + Winnower combination that can process up to 18kgs of cocoa beans in one hour. 40 lbs (18 kg) of cocoa beans per hour means 288 tonnes/year – if the machine is operating 8 hours a day, 200 working days in a year. It can handle small chuncho beans to normal sized beans without any problem. No need to adjust the roller gaps or replace the rollers.
Extra big hopper to hold more beans. Compact but powerful cracker breaks the beans efficiently using very little electricity (12V, 3 amp motor). Cracked beans are pulled in to the separation column. See through window in the separation column is a show stopper that the customers call as “Meditative & mesmerizing”. The clean nibs are collected at the bottom in the stainless steel nib collector tray. The husk ends up in the closed container. No dust, no mess. Use the airflow adjustor to fine tune the separation. If the nibs end up with the husk, there is too much suction. Open the airflow adjustor more. If the husk ends up with the nibs, there is not enough suction. Close the opening in the airflow adjustor. The whole system is easy to use and clean between the batches.
InnoWinno jr. is customizable for various uses. Our customers have used it to separate 2 types of plastic (plastic from milk can container and plastic from the label cut into 2 mm pieces, separating the fine feathery part of the corn kernal from corn meal, separating the fine husk attached of coffee bean, ants from the twigs and mud to make ant sauce etc).
