Making Tahini

Roast the sesame seeds by placing them on a baking sheet in a thin layer in a convection oven at 265°F/140°C for about 30 minutes. Mix the seeds during this process to prevent the ones on the bottom from burning. Remove from oven.        

Pour the sesame oil into your Cocoaown Grinder and start adding the sesame seeds, 100g - roughly ½ cup at a time, making sure mixture is fully incorporated before adding more.
