I’m a private instructor. Cheap foam knuckles; hard dimples and real balls can punish hands. Attack Balls are the sweet spot. The ball holds the line at game speeds on the facility’s hack attack. Cocoa Town has been a vendor for us since 2012 when we first discovered them and took the chance to grow our nut butter business using their equipment. In 2023 we still use the exact same equipment we bought from them over 11 years ago. It has withstood the test of time and in fact we are pretty surprised all our machines have held up so well for so long. Over the years they even have improved some of the existing components to better fit the grueling process these machines take on a daily basis. Andal and his staff have been great to work with if we have ever had a situation or a maintenance issue. They immediately found the solution and guided us through any problems. Food manufacturing equipment can be very expensive, risky, and specialized to grow your food business. We can honestly say Cocoatown’s equipment has been the single best piece investment we made for our food business.

We have a CocoTown that we bought from Seneca of Lonohana used 7 years ago, is over 15 year old machine, We use it everyday and makes great chocolate. We have another one that we bought from French Broad Chocolate and works great. We now have 8 total all bought used and they still perform great. We like the machines and the Cocoatown team has always been very helpful when we need help in maintaining the machines. I also appreciate their efforts in making chocolate making easier for makers in countries where cacao grows.
I personally prefer machines that are easier to use by people without the use of force or having to climb into a ladder or having to used protective gear around them; these grinders allow for people of all sizes and abilities to work comfortably around them.
Like all machines it all depends of the care and the knowledge you have in how to use it. Overall the machines are easy to install, run, maintain and reliable. I Highly recommend them.

Best customer Service We have received from Cocoa town. We bought the table top Melanger from cocoa town. The baffle was touching the base and making noise. So we contacted the company to troubleshoot. Customer care replied promptly and did ask us to set up a video call to resolve the issue. on video call Owner Mr. Bala himself came and shared all the possible solution and also shared the video of same later on. We purchased 2 65lb Cocoa Town melangeurs in 2011 to start our bean to bar chocolate business. 11 years later and they are still working very well, all the main components are solid and have been built to last. Simple machines made from good quality parts that do the job well. Cocoa Town's service has also been great, and they are really nice people we see them often at the fairs eager to show off their latest machines. They were one of the first to develop these melangeurs for chocolate, and it's interesting to see how their product range has developed to include roasters and winnowers.
