Meet Estelle Tracy

Estelle Tracy is an award-winning food writer and chocolate sommelier based in the Philadelphia area. Originally from France, she discovered the bean-to-bar movement in 2015 when she reviewed 37 chocolate bars in honor of her 37th birthday that Halloween.

The project revealed her passion for the flavors of craft chocolate and the people behind this food. Since then, she's hosted over 500 chocolate tastings nationally and internationally.  

Estelle authored a food survival guide for French people in the US and founded 37 Chocolates, a chocolate tasting company. Find out more at 37chocolates.com.
