The basic model comes with polypropylene roller holder, 2 roller stones and delrin wiper. The deluxe model comes with Stainless steel roller holder for better hygiene & durability, 2 roller stones and wiper.
Stainless steel roller holders are more elegant, hygienic, easy to use & clean.
