Jake Potter is a chiropractic physician and passionate craft chocolate maker who has turned a late-night hobby into a full-fledged community movement. By day, he serves patients through Cedar City Chiropractic and Southern Utah’s broader integrated health and wellness ecosystem. By night, he can usually be found roasting cocoa beans, dialing in a new single-origin bar, or teaching others about the remarkable flavor diversity found in cacao from different countries and regions.

A husband and father of five, Jake brings the same curiosity, care, and intentionality to chocolate as he does to chiropractic. His bean-to-bar approach focuses on honoring terroir, celebrating ethical sourcing, and creating chocolate that tells a story.

Now, he’s channeling that passion into something even bigger: launching Southern Utah’s first chocolate-centric festival. Drawing from his experience building community events, collaborating with local businesses, and supporting wellness education, Jake is committed to creating an inclusive, elevated, and memorable festival that brings together families, artisans, and food lovers from across the region, country, and world.
