As a representative of Bean & Co Processing S.A. in Ecuador, he works directly at origin to structure supply chains, develop tailored fermentation protocols, and bring differentiated cocoa products to global buyers.

His expertise spans both premium cocoa beans and value-added cocoa derivatives, including cocoa juice, pulp, and innovative upcycled ingredients. Through his work, he focuses on bridging origin production with international demand, helping producers and brands unlock higher margins and build more resilient, value-driven cocoa businesses.
