Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the Service. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after the order is submitted).
All the units carry a minimum of one year limited warranty for manufacturing defect from the date of shipping. Warranty covers only the units purchased from CocoaTown directly or through authorized webmalls and used by the original purchaser. Warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional damage, usage for other than intended purpose, improper use, damage from being involved in an accident, etc. CocoaTown provides technical support over email, phone youtube videos and Zoom/Skype. Products must be used as per instructions provided and in manner consistent with normal usage to be eligible for the warranty.
Under normal conditions the minimum processing time for products under Entry Line and Professional Line Equipment is 1-2 weeks. For Commercial Line equipment, the minimum processing time is 3-4 weeks. If customer needs urgently, they should contact us to expedite the order.
We reserve the right to ship the product from any of our warehouse, factory or distribution points. Customer pays for duties and taxes, if any, to the shipping company directly or appropriate agencies. Shipment is insured for shipping damages and we ensure delivery. CocoaTown is not responsible for delays on account of carrier delays or reasons beyond CocoaTown control. Shipping damages have to be notified to the shipping company and CocoaTown within five days from the date of delivery. If shipping damage is not reported on time, CocoaTown is not responsible for costs associated with fixing the shipping damage. Customers should keep all packaging material intact, in case the insurance company /shipping company chooses to inspect the damaged unit. CocoaTown will not be responsible to cover the shipping damage if the customer fails to adhere to the above requirements and shipping company.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website and listing on the other webmalls. It is customer’s responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
