Ketaki Churi, is a passionate chocolatier, and integral figure in the Indian craft chocolate scene. Her journey began with a Bachelor's degree in culinary studies in 2016, setting the stage for a remarkable career in chocolate-making. From her early days as a junior pastry chef to her immersive experiences at cacao farms, Ketaki's expertise has flourished over the years.

Recently, Ketaki has focused on enhancing post-harvest processes to elevate the quality of processed beans and promoting awareness of Indian craft chocolate within the local community. As a co-founder of The Indian Cacao and Craft Chocolate Festival alongside Patricia Cosma, they work to orginaze and curate this influential event. Her dedication to excellence and passion for the craft shine through in her commitment to innovation and community engagement.

Patricia Cosma is a bean to bar chocolate consultant and connoisseur from Romania, settled in India. Tasting chocolate from all around the world, meeting chocolate makers and cacao farmers, she started her craft chocolate journey in 2016 and have since expanded both passion for and knowledge of craft chocolate. The farming and making processes of craft chocolate, and how they transform cacao and result in such complex flavors is the core of Patricia’s journey.

Nowadays with the Indian Cacao and Craft Chocolate Festival her main focus is in bringing the community together, connecting people, identifying trends and motivating chocolate makers to reach their potential.
