Steph is a chocolate eater by night and a corporate investigator by day. With a career dedicated to analysis, finding the root causes of issues and finding solutions, she has developed a keen eye for what works—and what could be improved.

Raised in Australia, where Cadbury, Mars and Nestle dominate the shelves, Steph only discovered "real" chocolate in the past couple of years. Combining her love for all things food and her (slightly obsessive) need for answers, this has led her down the rabbit hole of craft chocolate.

Her key question is "Why did it take me so long to find the good stuff?"

Her curiosity and love for the industry led her to create beanstalkr.com - a website dedicated to showcasing all craft chocolate makers, events and the amazing flavors of craft chocolate (and so far has highlighted hundreds of events, makers and chocolate bars!)
