Answer: You can use the mini Pregrinder as a cracker to break cocoa bean or nuts into smaller pieces or as a pulverizer to powder the cocoa nibs or sugar.

Using as a Cracker:

• Place one cup of cocoa beans or nuts in the small jar.
• After adding all the ingredients, it should not be more than half the volume of the jar.
• Close the lid.
• Place it on the pregrinder base.
• Lock the jar into position – Arrows are on the base to guide you to turn it to the right direction
• Plug the pregrinder power cord to the wall outlet.
• Switch on the unit on “pulse” setting and keep it on for 3 seconds.
• The beans will be cracked into bigger pieces.
• Remove the jar from the base of the pregrinder.
• Open the lid and take out the contents.
