Stopping the roasting process at the correct moment is just as important as roasting cacao beans to exactly the right temperature. To help you achieve precision roasting we have developed an elegant, simple to use, stainless steel cooling tray that effectively stops the roasting process and cools the beans after roasting.
Cooling tray also acts the collection tray when placed under the roaster drum while dumping after completing the roasting process.
