Description:
Delrin center pin is located at the center of bottom stone of the roller drum. The roller holder adaptor in the middle of the center pin is made of stainless steel covered with Delrin. This adaptor fits into the cavity at the bottom of the roller holder assembly. Delrin is a food grade material.
Please read FAQ to find out why the delrin center pin failed in our earlier models. It was not a manufacturing defect. It was designed as a safety mechanism to protect the motor from overcurrent.
In the newer models, we have redesigned the center pin and added different safety mechanisms to protect the motor.
