CocoaTown has a variety of large scale grinder/coanchers to grind and coanch the coaoa beans into a smooth silky paste. Also called ECGC-65E is a grinder optimally designed to grind between 30lbs and 65lbs of cocoa nibs per batch. The grinding is caused by two granite roller stones revolving over a flat rotating granite disc. The grinding principle is same as the authentic European vintage chocolate grinding Melanguers. The machine can be easily tilted to drain the product from the grinding vessel and to clean the drum after use. The design of this unit is based on input from users around the world and is continuously improved based on the same input.
